The President and CEO of General Carbide is known for her love of color and glitter! We wanted to bring this through in this female CEO office suite project. Because, YES - corporate spaces can absolutely be fun!

As a leading woman in the manufacturing industry, Mona Pappafava-Ray skillfully blends her vibrant and dynamic personality with expertise that commands authority. Proud of her Italian heritage, Mona infused it into her professional space, serving as a great inspiration for the design of her General Carbide office suite. We enjoyed collaborating to bring her vision for the CEO office to life.

Her office suite has truly become an extension of her home. It features an elegantly designed, chic, modern aesthetic. We custom-designed the cabinetry and carefully selected finishes and furniture to create a welcoming atmosphere for her and her guests.

We aimed to reflect General Carbide's business, industry, and materials in the designs. Check out the unique tile incorporated into the bathrooms and even the bathroom accessories that are subtle tooling & manufacturing motifs.

We love to help our clients challenge conventional thinking. This office kitchenette is proof that purple cabinets and sparkly tile can have a place in a professional setting.

Mona’s powerful inspirational quotes were incorporated as striking wall art, further enhancing the space. We could all use a little reminder sometimes of “Niente ferma la donna,” or “Nothing stops the woman," and now this powerful quote is featured in the heart of the office.

The overall design reflects both professionalism and feminine sophistication, creating an inviting and productive atmosphere.
